Accessibility Statement

1. Website accessibility approach

The website is designed to support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient contrast, responsive zoom and text sizing, reduced-motion preferences, and accessible form labels and validation.

The current website has been designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles in mind, but has not undergone formal third-party certification.

2. Motion and animation

The homepage contains cinematic transitions and scroll-led presentation. When the operating system requests reduced motion, the intro is bypassed, smooth scrolling is disabled and content returns to a direct document flow. Core information does not depend on animation.

3. Reservation form

Reservation steps use keyboard-accessible controls, communicated progress, associated guidance and validation messages, and deliberate focus movement after step changes or errors. Guests may request support by email or telephone.

4. Known limitations

• Calendar-file behaviour may vary between calendar applications.
• The custom Powiśle map is illustrative; the Open directions link provides practical navigation.
• Some dark photography contains subtle atmosphere that is not essential to understanding the accompanying text.

No major known barrier was identified during the current review. Feedback remains welcome because automated and manual checks cannot represent every access need.

5. Physical venue accessibility

The main entrance is step-free. The dining room and an accessible restroom are available without steps. Chef’s Counter uses fixed-height seating; standard-height tables are available throughout the dining room.
