Reservation Terms

1. Reservation types

Dining Room and Chef’s Counter use the standard reservation flow. Private Dining is submitted as a request and remains subject to separate confirmation. Any Private Dining price shown as “from” is an estimate rather than a final quotation.

2. Menu and duration

Dining Room and Chef’s Counter serve the eight-course seasonal tasting menu. Dining Room takes approximately three hours, Chef’s Counter approximately three to three and a half hours, and Private Dining approximately three to four hours depending on the final arrangement.

3. Guest numbers

• Dining Room: 1–6 guests.
• Chef’s Counter: 1–4 guests.
• Private Dining: 6–12 guests.

Please contact reservations about larger parties or arrangements outside these ranges.

4. Pricing

• Dining Room: PLN 460 per guest.
• Chef’s Counter: PLN 560 per guest.
• Private Dining: from PLN 650 per guest.
• Wine pairing: PLN 310 per guest.
• Non-alcoholic pairing: PLN 190 per guest.

Pairings are additional to the menu price. The reservation flow displays an estimate and collects no payment or card details. Private Dining menu, final pricing and any separate arrangements are confirmed by the reservations team.

5. Changes and cancellation

Reservations may be changed or cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the booking time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to 50% of the menu price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be subject to the full menu price.

No card is collected through this website. Any applicable charge or guarantee process would need to be communicated separately. Private Dining terms may differ and are confirmed as part of the request process.

6. Late arrival

Please contact us if you expect to arrive more than fifteen minutes after your reservation time. Guests arriving late may join the menu at the course currently being served.

7. Dietary requirements

We can adapt many courses with advance notice. Vegan menus and severe airborne allergy exclusions may not always be possible.

Requirements should be shared during reservation and the team may need clarification. Not every requirement can be accommodated safely, and an adaptation should not be considered confirmed until it has been acknowledged through a real reservations process. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

8. Younger guests

The full tasting menu is designed for guests aged twelve and above. We do not currently offer a separate children’s menu. Please contact the reservations team before booking for younger guests.

9. Accessibility and seating

The main entrance, dining room and accessible restroom are step-free. Chef’s Counter has fixed-height seating, while standard-height tables are available in the dining room. Guests may provide practical access requirements during booking; advance notice helps the team understand what can be arranged.

10. Private Dining

A Private Dining request is not confirmed automatically. The preferred date and arrival time remain subject to review, and the final menu, price and terms are confirmed separately. Submitting the request does not create a final booking.
